What is STEM?
Twins Layla & Liam join a new STEM class. Their teacher explains STEM means Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The twins make flying objects from recycled materials in the class. They learn that STEM can be exciting and fun and discover new interests in the process.
How are things made?

Layla & Liam picnic at the botanical gardens with their parents. They spot a bridge being constructed and Liam becomes interested in how things are made. Dad explains that bridge-building needs teamwork. At the gardens, they are excited to operate drones.

At the year 6 graduation, Layla & Liam hear "I wonder what I could be?" Layla imagines herself as an astronaut, inventor, engineer and more. Layla realises that STEM offers endless career possibilities.
